Recently, the focus has been on finishing the 2025 season with some highs, competing in the final European Cup races, and British Super Series events.

🥇+🥉- Youth Commonwealth Games

Travelling to Tobago as a 16 year old representing Jersey with all my closest friends (the team comprising of 9 athletes, 6 of whom I went to school with) and coaches is a memory I will always remember. With it was My first race outside of Europe and first representing Jersey and it couldn't have gone any better. I had a strong swim exiting second, we then got a group of 3 working on the bike coming off with a 45 second gap. I ran with Alex Robin from Scotland until halfway, I kept the pressure on and he slowly fell off the pace, leading me to take the win by 17 seconds. This was Jerseys first Youth Commonwealth medal since Dan Hawksworth 17 years previous.

Later in the week we had the mixed team relay, in this I exited the swim first, pushed the bike solo coming off 45 seconds ahead. After this my core temperature was high due to the climate in the Caribbean, so my run wasn't as good as I hoped but I still handed over first by 20 seconds, with my teammate Siena holding on to secure a bronze medal. Flying the Jersey flag high once again sharing the podium alongside Australia and Scotland.

🥇 - 2023 Superseries

In 2023 I won the overall Superseries for the youth B age group. This was my best ranking and topped off a very successful 2023 season.

The ranking was done off the best 4 results. Mine were 2nd at the performance assesments, 2nd at Euro qualifers, 1st at Eton and 1st at the grand final. These results allowed me to win the series by a comfortable margin.

28th - European Junior Championships 2024

My second GB appearance and my first in the Junior ranks was in the 2024 Europe Triathlon Sprint and Relay Championships Balikesir. In the heats I didn't swim well coming out around halfway, however I managed to push the pace on the bike and run to make the A-Final the next day. In the final I swam well coming out 5th, I just missed the breakaway of 4 so found myself in the chase pack. After this I struggled due to the unrelentless Turkish heat and faded on the run.

🥇 - British Super Series Grand Final 2023

In my first sprint distance race, competing against the best Juniors and Seniors in GB (as well as visiting French athletes), as a Youth athlete was a daunting experience. However I raced my best race to date, I made a select lead group and was with the leaders going onto the run. With the excitement of leading such a race I led the first km, with a group of 5 of us breaking away. I started to pay for these efforts later on falling back however I ended winning the youth category by 40 seconds and only being caught with 200m to go by the winning junior.

The 2023 Internation Island Games took place in my birth island of Guernsey. Just a short 10 minute flight from Jersey. I was too young to compete in the individual olympic distance race, but took part in the mixed team relay with Siena and Ollie. I was the first leg and handed over in third, Siena quickly made that up in the swim, extending her lead on the bike and run to hand over with a very big gap to second all but securing the gold. Ollie brought home the last leg comfortably giving Jersey the gold.

🥇 - Island Games Relay
🥈 - European Junior Trials 2024

My first European Cup race and race as a junior took place on the shores of the Algarve in March. This was the highest quality field I had lined up against and only my third sprint distance race. I exited the swim around 10th and caught onto the back of the front group after a hard first 2 minutes on the bike. The bike was fairly technical and hilly so I positioned myself near the front throughout and coming into transition I was third off the bike and second onto the run. The race stayed compact for the first bit with a lead group of 6/7 people forming. After that some surges came in that broke up the group, eventually finishing 8th with a 16:40 5k run which was the best I had run off the bike at the time.

8th - Quateria Junior European Cup 2024

I made my first GB appearance in 2023 in the Youth Championships in Spain. This was a very new and exciting experience for me, being my first international race and the best field I had ever raced by far. I managed to qualify for the A Final, however in the final the race all came together with it coming down to a run race. In this I didn't feel my best coming off a few weeks of illness and training disruption, managing a 26th place. I wasn't happy with this, but I had another chance to race the next day in the mixed team relay. In this I was the third leg and had a much better leg, making up two places and handing over in 7th.

26th/5th - European Youth Championships Banyoles 2023

Competing a year down in the age group I was unsure how I would go against the stronger competition in the Junior ranks. The race was a non drafting heat into a drafting final the next day with A/B finals. I comfortably made my way into the A Final on Sunday. In the final I had a good swim making the lead pack of about 10, the group wasn't very organised and on the last lap we were caught just before the dismount line by the chase group taking it down to a running race. I exited transition high up and fought hard for the first lap remaining first junior (top 3 needed for qualification). On the second lap Harry Maxwell passed me with about 500 to go, just pipping me to the line. I was over the moon with second and to qualify for europeans.
